My rate schedule is very competetive and geared to the artisan or small business entrepreneur whose budget doesn't allow for the going rate of $50/hour that many web development companies charge.  Since I work from my home with less overhead costs that most companies, I'm able to help small businesses with their web sites for just $25 per hour.  

There is no charge for the initial consultation during which we will determine your needs, desires and options.  And during the course of our working relationship I won't nickle and dime you for every email correspondence or quick phone question.  The only time I charge for my time is when I spend 10 minutes or more at a time working with your site.  Of course, I do reserve the right to begin charging for phone and email support if a situation develops where I feel that a client is taking excessive advantage of my relaxed rate policy.
